Ruger is 2 1/2 year old Red Smooth Male born 7/21/2013, weighing approx. 11 lbs. He is a sweet boy but shy, he will need time to adjust to a new environment. Ruger has not been expose to children or cats, he gets along well with other dachshunds but large dogs may intimidate him. He has been micro-chipped and crate trained but will need some additional house training reinforcement. A fenced yard is required.  If you have room in your heart & home for Ruger please contact me.

He will need to be neutered.

Jitterbug is a 2 1/2 year old Black&Tan Smooth Female, born 7/4/2013 weighing approx. 9 lbs. She is a sweet girl with a loving personality. She gets along well with other dachshunds but young children and large dogs may intimidate her, she has not been exposed to cats. Jitterbug is micro-chipped and crate trained but may need a little additional house training. She is not leash trained, a fenced yard is required. If you have room in your heart & home for Jitterbug please contact me.

She will need to be Spayed.

The Average Dachshund Life Expectancy is 15 years
Rhymer will be 3 years old on Feb. 7th. She weighs 10lbs., gets along well with my other dogs, has been mirco chipped & spayed recently. She is not totally house trained, she will need to be worked with on that. She is OK on a leash but she is not use to using one since my yard is fenced, she is crated trained. I imported her from Canada when she was 8 months. She has a sweet temperament but a little on the shy side. Please be aware that she was/is a kennel dog and will need to have to get use to new things to feel comfortable but I think she would come around quickly in a new environment. She has not been around Children, Large Dogs or Cats. Please contact  me if you are able to give her a loving home.
